The Teton Law Group offers a full service litigation practice serving both individual and institutional clients.

Civil Litigation. With experience successfully representing commercial businesses, government entities and individuals, the Teton Law Group provides thoughtful and comprehensive advocacy from our first meeting through all phases of litigation. Our client-centric approach means understanding the needs of our clients both large and small. Our attorneys are licensed in Wyoming, Washington, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and practice in both federal and state courts. From settlement negotiations to trial and through the appellate process, we give our clients the knowledge and tools to navigate the complex and difficult process of litigation and achieve positive results.

Appellate Practice. Servicing a wide range of appeals from administrative actions to criminal convictions to civil court dispositions, the Teton Law Group has successfully fought for appellate relief in both federal and state courts. Our process begins with comprehensive review and research into the merits and costs of an appeal to inform our clients’ decision to move forward with an appeal. We then present informed arguments aimed at providing successful relief from adverse decisions and enforcing the rights of our clients. An adverse ruling is not necessarily the end of your fight and appellate review can often be an essential tool to achieve your litigation goals.

Criminal Defense. The Teton Law Group defends clients across the state of Wyoming in both Federal and State courts in cases ranging from driving under the influence charges to major felonies. Experience informs our understanding of the criminal process from arrest to final disposition as we provide zealous defense at every stage. We provide many defense services at competitive flat rates. Our goal is to educate our clients to make informed choices in difficult times. We evaluate cases thoroughly to present a comprehensive defense of our clients’ rights and fight vigorously for the best possible outcome.
