George Phocas

George Phocas  is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. He began his career at Pepper Hamilton, LLP, one of Philadelphia’s oldest and largest firms, and has been involved in innovative legal strategies and transactions for cutting edge clients for over twenty years. George also owned and managed a publishing company and real estate development firm and served as Corporate Counsel for TruePosition, Inc. and General Counsel and Vice-President of SunBug Solar, LLC. George lives with his wife and three children in Wilson, Wyoming.

George has completed bar admissions in both Pennsylvania and Wyoming.  His is the author of The Revolutionary’s Confession, writing as George Grayson (2000).  He is currently a member of  American Intellectual Property Law Association, Teton County Bar Association, Bowdoin College Alumni Council, and the Teton County Historic Preservation Board.
